Admission Process

  Making the decision to go overseas for treatment doesn’t have to be stressful. At The Hills, we will help and support you through the entire process - from first contact to departure.

Here is an overview of our admissions process :

1. First contact :

• we will provide you with all the information you need and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. We can talk to you and also your family members and others involved via phone, email or whatsapp.

2. Assessment :

• we will provide you with an assessment to ensure we have all the details we need to start developing your personalized treatment program and arrival at The Hills Rehab.

3. Deposit :

• we require a 25% deposit with the balance due prior to arrival. Fees are paid by bank transfer or credit card and will be paid in THB and converted to your country's currency upon payment.

4. Travel arrangements :

• we can help with travel and flight recommendations and provide you with visa information / visa application letter when required. Our staff can also help with visa extensions when needed.

5. Arrival :

• when you arrive at the Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX), you will be met by one of our friendly and professional support staff who will accompany you throughout the admission process. It is our goal to make you feel as comfortable as possible, so please tell us if you have any specific needs prior to arrival to ensure we are prepared all for you.

  *Please note that our staff will perform a bag search as part of the admissions process. Some items may be retained by the staff for your safety during treatment and will be retuned once the treatment is complete. Money wallet and your passport will be kept until the treatment is complete as well.
