First Contact
We’ll provide all the information you need and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the rehab admission process. Communication with you and your family can be done via phone, email, or WhatsApp to suit your preferences.
Assessment
An assessment is conducted to gather all the necessary information to begin developing your personalized treatment program. This step is vital in preparing for rehab, ensuring we understand your needs thoroughly.
Deposit
We require a 25% deposit is required to secure your admission, with the balance due prior to arrival. Fees can be paid by bank transfer or credit card and will be converted to your country’s currency upon payment.
Travel Arrangements
We can assist with travel plans and provide visa information and application letters if needed. We’ll also help you with visa extensions during your stay. This step ensures you’re well-prepared and informed on how to get into a rehab centre without stress.
Arrival
Once you arrive at Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX), one of our friendly staff will meet you and help guide you through the process. Our goal is to ensure a smooth experience, so please let us know any specific needs before your arrival. This step ensures that you’ll understand how do I get into rehab in a way that’s stress-free and comfortable.
* Please note that our staff will perform a bag search as part of the admissions process. Some items may be retained by the staff for your safety during treatment and will be returned once the treatment is complete.
* Money, wallet and your passport will be kept until the treatment is complete as well.
