Tom Huijbers serves as Clinical Director at The Hills Rehab, bringing extensive international experience in addiction treatment, mental health care, and residential rehabilitation leadership. Grounded in evidence-based practice and integrative therapeutic models, Tom specialises in addiction recovery, dual diagnosis, trauma-informed care, and long-term treatment planning. His clinical philosophy combines structured therapeutic frameworks with compassionate, client-centred care, ensuring personalised and outcome-oriented treatment pathways.
Throughout his career, Tom has worked across diverse international settings, leading multidisciplinary clinical teams and developing programmes that balance clinical rigour with holistic recovery principles. He views residential rehabilitation as a transformative process that provides individuals with the safety, structure, and therapeutic depth necessary to address underlying psychological patterns, rebuild resilience, and establish sustainable change. His leadership emphasises professional ethics, clinical accountability, and measurable progress, while fostering therapeutic environments grounded in safety, dignity, and respect.

Moe is the Deputy Clinical Director at The Hills Chiang Mai, bringing nearly a decade of experience working in international residential treatment centres across South Africa, Thailand, and Malaysia. He is a psychotherapist registered with the International Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (MICIP) and holds a postgraduate qualification in Traumatology from the UK, alongside approved clinical supervision training from the United States. Moe brings a strong integrative and trauma-informed approach to his clinical leadership and therapeutic work, with specialist expertise across the following areas:

She brings international clinical experience in the assessment and treatment of substance use disorders, behavioural addictions, and dual diagnosis. Her work integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) alongside holistic perspectives informed by research into integrative addiction treatment models. Karusha’s practice is trauma-informed, collaborative, and recovery-oriented, focusing on emotional regulation, accountability, and sustainable long-term wellbeing.

Daniel is a qualified Humanistic Counsellor from the United Kingdom and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP – 01014223), ensuring adherence to professional and ethical standards. He specialises in addiction, substance misuse, and general mental health, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed individual counselling, and psychoeducational group facilitation. With a calm, mindfulness-led approach, Daniel combines structured therapeutic care with 12-step recovery principles, drawing on both professional expertise and lived recovery experience to support clients through detoxification and long-term rehabilitation.

Martin is a Psychologist holding a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy from Spain, with formal training in Humanistic Psychotherapy and a specialisation in Somatic Psychotherapy (Biosynthesis).
His work is grounded in the understanding that lasting recovery requires more than cognitive insight alone. By integrating mind–body awareness into the therapeutic process, Martin helps clients reconnect with themselves in a safe, embodied, and meaningful way.
Working within an addiction rehabilitation setting, he supports individuals navigating trauma, emotional dysregulation, and complex recovery journeys. His approach combines relational depth, somatic awareness, and trauma-sensitive practice to foster resilience, self-regulation, and sustainable healing.
